WILL BE STILL GETAWAYS REMIT MY TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX?

No, BSG does not remit your transient occupancy tax to the city or county. This responsibility falls on the owner/bookkeeper. 

 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU BILL?

BSG bills property owners on the 15th and last day of each month. All owners are able to pay invoices online.

I Want to manage my property myself, but can I pay to just use the bsg TURNOVER team?

No, our team is very busy! We do not offer a la carte cleaning services at this time. Use of our turnover staff for STR cleanings is for property owners with management contracts with BSG only. 

 

 

DO you offer design services?

Yes! We can gladly offer full outfit and design services - you don't even have to lift a finger! Please note that BSG is no longer offering a la carte design services to properties without a BSG management contract.

 

DO YOU ONLY TAKE CLIENTS IN CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA?

No, our primary areas of service are:

-Staunton

-Waynesboro/Augusta County

-Charlottesville City

-Albemarle County (if the fit is right and STR rules and regulations are followed)

-Nelson County

-Orange County

-Greene County
